An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bid Assistant to join our Bid team based at our Head office in Bolton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the bid team with written proposals, completion of prequalification questionnaires and co-ordination of submission criteria by working closely with the team of subject matter experts. They will also be responsible for maintaining the companies response library, managing customer portals and completion of customer RFI’s.
Essential to the role is being educated to a minimum standard of A Level English and also possessing the ability to produce high quality written work against set deadlines.
Experience of working in a similar environment is desirable although we do see the role as an excellent first step in to a career in Bid Writing and would welcome applications from college or university graduates looking for their first employment opportunity.
