An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join our Refurbishment Division working on our Anchor contract within the North West region.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for a number of sites from inception to completion. They will take responsibility for the supervision and drive of site management in line with Anchor Best Practise.

Candidates should have demonstrable experience of carrying out the role of Contracts Manager or a similar role within the Refurbishment sector. They should also have experience in establishing strong, productive and professional relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.

Ideally applicants will hold a professional construction management qualification or equivalent, SMSTS accreditation, First Aid and CSCS card.
