Our Refurbishment division are looking for experienced Customer Support Officers to join the team in the North East (Middlesbrough) region on a fixed term basis for a period of 4 months.
Reporting into the Contracts Manager, the CSO will be the main communication link between the site management team, client and customers to ensure positive customer satisfaction levels on site.
Applicants should have a working background of customer support or similar within the Refurbishment sector, they should also possess strong conflict management skills and be an excellent communicator.
